Cannot activate Entourage Conduits for Palm T3+Mac

Hi- I have G3 Mac updated OS X (768 MB SDRAM) with new Palm Desktop
(4.1) for T3 (OS 5.2.1). Also Entourage 2004 (11.1.) I'm trying to get
all synced up but have been having problems for weeks. I've deleted
all Palm files and re-installed, then went to Microsoft Office
2004/Additional Tools and followed instructions. After, as per
instructions, went to:library/Application Support/Palm HotSync folder
and there was no new disabled folder there. I'm missing something here
and have tried to find answers here in groups but it seems I'm at the
starting line. Help?

fixed it. Went to HotSync Manager
(Applications>Palm>HotSync>Conduits>EntourageConduits>Enable sync. of
new handhelds (!). I also clicked enable entourage to overwrite
handheld. Eureka!! Good luck!
