Cannot Activiate Office Pro 2003 & Product ID Not Recognised

G

Gareth Smith

I have a legal copy version of Offrice Pro 2003 Home Use Program, shiny disk,
product key, etc. Worked fine for a year. After a recent motherboard
replacement, when I open any Office application, I am told I have exceeded
the number of installations. The automated phone registration doesn't work
and the web registration tells me that my product id is invalid [checked 5
times]. I cannot find a UK web address/phone number to progress this further.
Reinstalls have the same effect.
Grateful for any advice.

Peter- thanks for the guidance, but as my questions says, the automated web
sequence fails me on Product ID and I cannot find a UK phone number to ring
