Cannot add category to Master Categories List

Hi there - I'm having a strange issue with one of my
users. He is able to create a custom category in Outlook
(XP) but when he exits and goes back into the Master list,
it is gone. It is a Ghosted machine and all users have the
same image but don't have this problem. If there isa
quick fix that would avoid me having to restage his
machine, I would love to hear about it. Anyone?
