Cannot add new records (rows) to one of 12 tables

Everytime I upsize to MS Accesss ADP from MDB to SQL Server 2000, I have one table that I cannot add new records to. The Primary key field for the table is just like the rest.

In the table I'm using "Autonumber" to add new records, however the "Autonumber" box does not plug in a new number if I try to create a new record. If I try to save that record, I get the error message, "String or binary data will be truncated" and I lose the data.

Any idea of what's going on?
