Dear all,

I have a problem on a customers mac:

Microsoft Office 2004 package installed on mac (completely new!) with
ALL updates installed (Microsoft Office 2004 is on version 11.3.3)
Entourage connects to exchange server and all mails and contacts are
synchronised - so we can connect to exchange server -
but we cannot see any public folders or calenders.

On exchange server there is also installed SP2 - so it SHOULD work -
but it doesn´t.

PLEASE FOR HELP.

Regards,
Alexander

If you go on the OWA server (address looking like
http://www.myserver.com/exchange) and replace "exchange" with "public"
(http://www.myserver.com/public), can you see the public folders in the
web page?? If you can, use the address as the address for the public
folders in your Exchange account settings in Entourage.

Hi Alexander,

If you go on the OWA server (address looking like
http://www.myserver.com/exchange) and replace "exchange" with "public"
(http://www.myserver.com/public), can you see the public folders in the
web page?? If you can, use the address as the address for the public
folders in your Exchange account settings in Entourage.

Or if you're connecting to your Exchange Server internally then you'll
need to use the address of the public folders server itself. For
example, you'll enter:

pfserver.mydomain.com/public

Hope this helps! bill
