Cannot create a distribution group in Outlook 2007 (XP)

I purchased MS Office 2007 for a new vista pc and an upgrade to an XP PC.
Works fine on vista. On the XP PC, when you go to select members nothing
happens. Can someone please give me some help?

Clarify what Office version and OS do not work and how you did this
"upgrade". State what you mean by "upgrade."
What exactly are you doing to create the DL and what happens when you try?
State how you migrated your data to the installation that does not work and
how you configured the Outlook Address Book Service in that profile. Most
likely you failed to do that correctly.
