Cannot delete Entourage Exchange account settings completely

Hi,

I am running Enrourage 2004 with the Office 11.2.4 update applied with
an Exchange 2003 server. When I set up the Exchange profile for my
user she can send and receive email one time and then it just sits
there. I set the account to not save the password, relaunch Entourage
and it doesn't ask for a password and it still just sits there. I
removed the account settings, used the Office uninstaller to remove
Office completely, and deleted any preferences that mention the word
Entourage. When I reload Office and set up the account again, it does
the same exact thing. Any help would be appreciated...

Any erason why you are not updating al the way to the latest version
(11.3.3) ??
There are a lot of Exchnage fixes in the recent updates.

First I would update Office. Then in the Keychain Access application,
use the Keychain forst aid command to repair your keychain. You might
even try to delete the Exchange-related entries tha might be corrupted
and hanging the whole process.
