Cannot delete huge message in outbox

I have a client who tried to send an email over 1GB in
size! Once they realized it was too large to send they
tried to delete it from the Outbox, but cannot. I've
searched the KB and found no answers - any suggestions?

Roady

Place Outlook in Offline mode (File-> Work Offline) and restart Outlook. You
should be able to delete the (way) oversized message now.
