cannot delete messages while multiple entourages are running

Hi. I have entourage 2008 running on my home imac 24x7
when i'm at work, either on my macbook running entourage 2008 or on my
pocketpc (windows mobile 2003se), i am unable to delete email messages. they
always reappear on the next sync.
i'm assuming its because my home entourage is always running so its just
re-syncing.

Is there a way however to set it up so that if I delete a message from my
pda or macbook, it will update the exchange server and thus update my imac?

another thing (related or unrelated), when i send a email from my imac, as
expected, it puts a copy of my sent email to the sent email folder. this is
normal.
however, on my pda or macbook , whenever i send a message, it puts the copy
in my inbox, so i keep getting my sent messages in my inbox.. any way to
correct this?

i'm not clear why my imac entourage is working correctly but other instances
are acting funny..

any help is appreciated
mike

It should do this already. Why it's not I don't know.

Test with each application running by itself to see if the problem is
occurring with it and then continue testing with additional applications
running 'til you find out what's putting the messages back in place.

This sounds like you have a Mailing List Manager rule enabled on one of
your Entourage setups. Look under Tools --> Mailing List Manager.

Hope this helps!
