Cannot delete my own vCards

I am using Outlook 2003. I created several very similar vCards for different signatures. Now I have 5 of them and want to delete some, as they are very similar. How do I do this?

The only way I have found to get into vCards is Tools --> Options-> Mail Format --> Signatures --> Edit ... is there another way?

They should be stored here;
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures
