Cannot drop email attached to email into inbox

Hi NG,

OL2002: I am trying to drop an email attached to another email to the
inbox. Error (translated from German): 'Element cannot be copied.
Resource is processing file, or you are not authorized.'

After the attachment is saved on the hard drive (that works), the same
happens when the email is dropped onto the inbox.
