Cannot Edit Send/Receive Settings

Hi,
I am using Office 2007 and have installed SmartReply on a few desktops with
no problem, apart from the one desktop. In order to set up this add-in, you
need to go into Edit on your Send/Receive settings, however on this
particular machine, clicking on Edit, or double-clicking on All Accounts does
absolutely nothing.

Any ideas please?

See if resetting your Send/Receive settings helps. You can do this by
renaming your srs-file for the mail profile to .old when Outlook is closed.
You can find your srs-file in the same location as your outcmd.dat file.

Thanks for suggestion Roady - I have not tried that as there was possibly a
bit more background to my problem and I found a solution:
There were a couple of obsolete email accounts that I had deleted prior to
this problem, and on deletion, Outlook said that no profile was to be found
and would I like to create one called 'outlook' - and it seems that this is
where the problem started from.
Noticed because when I removed my Exchange Mailbox through Control
Panel>Mail and re-added it, after it had updated/synchronized with the
server, the mail folders/calendar/contacts were empty - but going on to
webmail showed the contents still.
Solution was to go to Control Panel>Mail and remove the Outlook profile
there so that when Outlook was re-started it asked for the profile name again
and everything works fine now. When I removed the profile, I also removed
all mail accounts and started Outlook as if though it was a fresh install.

Thanks.

Good to hear that you've got it solved and thanks for posting back your
solution! :)
