cannot email with another email account

I have MS Office 2003 and exchange server 2003, I have
multiple account and would like to send an email with
the "From" another email account instead of my main
account.

eg. I have [email protected] email account as my main account
and another email account [email protected] as a secondary
account. When I open Outlook 2003 under [email protected]
profile and compose a message but would like to send it
using the "From" [email protected] email address. I cannot do
it as the message keep coming back saying that the mail
was undelivered and said "I do not have peremission to
send the message to the recipent" I was woondering if
there are ways to eliminate this. Any and all help is
very much appreciated.

Thanks
Boon

Why are you using a POP3 account when you have an Exchange mailbox?

Anyway; you can set any SMTP address in you account settings for a POP3
account. Alternatively you can create a second POP3 account so you can
choose your sending account with Accounts button next to the Send button.

Hi Roady,

Was looking in the AD users and Computers for the "send
as" permission in their Exchange Mailbox but cannot
locate where it is. Could you please let me know how to
set this.

Thanks

It's not a mailbox option but a setting on the Security tab of the user
object.
