Cannot embed color schemes in Publisher documents

I design a Publisher brochure template so that other staff could relatively
easily design their own brochure with our design standards and approved color
schemes.

THe schemes, however do not save with the file. They are available on only
one PC, so I'm assuming the color schemes are saved with the application, not
the PUB document.

How can I make it possible for other to access these design, (beside my
computer)???

I assume you edited a pre-designed brochure. Open another instance of Publisher,
copy & paste your brochure to the new publication, open the color scheme and
apply. Should stick.
