I have a user that always gets Cannot Empty Clipboard when in Excel 2003. He
has a Win XP PRO workstation with Office 2003 Pro and all service packs.
He has to reboot to get this message to go away and allow him to copy/paste
again. He has cleared the clipboard and still the error appears.
Any ideas? Thanks.
