Cannot fax directly from a Word2003 document.

I have just upgraded to a new computer with OEM
WinXPMediaCentre2005.

With the old system I could fax directly from any
document or report.

But now all that works is the faxing from a text
file (*.txt).

I have checked the "Printers & Fax" in the
Settings and there are no documents in the
spoolers.

Please help, Frank
