Cannot forward email

I have a user (my CEO!) who received a newsletter weekly from a parent
company. I'm not sure how the newsletter is created, but he is unable to
forward it to others. When opening the email, and then clicking on forward,
it strips off the original newsletter. I DO have the option to include
original document in forwards enabled, and he can forward other emails, but
not from this organization. If I open his Outlook email account on MY
workstation, I can forward these newsletters perfectly fine, so it must be
something with his PC.

If anyone has any suggestions for remedying this, I'd be most appreciative.
