Cannot Forward or Reply

I have a remote user on WinXP with Outlook 2002. He
connects to the Exch 5.5 (on Win2K) server through
lhmhost resolution to external address. Everything worked
flawlessly until last night. Now he can Receive and Send
email but he cannot Reply or Forward. No error message.
When he hits Send the message just disappears and does
not show in the Sent or Outbox folders. Any help?
