Cannot get FP 2003 beta to load

I have used FP2003 when loaded on C drive. Moved all
office to E drive. Get Frontpage.exe - entry point not
found.
The procedure entry poing ?
udl_location_sts_url@cudcdoc@ddw@@2qbgb could not be
located in the dyamic link library fpcutl.dll.

cannot get microsoft support without a id number, can not
get an id number when the program will not load.

Am using Office 2003 pro. Got the same error message when
running 2003 beta.

This is an installation problem which is not listed as a
newsgroup.

Try the Beta newsgroup. whoops, the beta is over, which is prolly why you
can't get any support?

you say moved to e drive. did you unistall from c: and reinstall on e. If
not that what you should do.
