Cannot Get Mail From One Individual

I cannot get e-mail from one specific e-mail address.
This just suddenly happened... no apparent reason. All
other mail is ok... just from one e-mail address. Any
ideas?

I have heard of some ISP's who block all email from certain servers that
are known to spam.
I would check with your internet provider to see whether it lies with them?

You may have added this person accidentally to the junk

senders list.
If you havent checked yet, go to the list and remove this
persons name & email address
