Cannot get mail when computer sleeps

Hello,

I get an error message in EntourageX (1.1.4) when my G5 (OS 10.3.5)
wakes up from sleep that it was unable to retrieve mail. This was only
a slightly annoying problem that I've lived with, but now that I've
connected the internal modem to use for faxing (using a dial-up
connection) Entourage first tries to get mail using DSL and since it
can't then starts using the telephone modem. Annoying and costly!
Other programs don't have this issue. Has anyone else had this problem
and if so, how does one fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can probably return it to being a slightly annoying problem by setting
the Send and Receive Schedule to trigger "only if connected".
