Cannot insert pics

hi,

i have a compaq/HP Evo 530, windows XP Pro, Offoce XP.
i click on the print screan button and i can copy the
image to word, excell etcc but not outlook. also if i
try to insert an image i cannot either. weather i insert
or copy i get a big white square. i have the latest
patches for Windows XP and service pack three fro
Office. my outlook uses and excahnege server.

any ideas?

Paste the capture into Paint, save it and then try and insert or attach the
saved file via the Outlook Insert menu. Insert into html email.
