cannot move a scanned immage from Epson CX5000 to Entourage e-mail

I recently upgraded my Mac to Entourage 11.3., but now ehen I try to
Launch a scnned image to e-mail I get a message,"This application has
been removed. Please refresh". How do I refresh? I assume that the
removal occurred when I availed myself of the Automatic Upgrade which
offered enhanced security.I never had this problem prior to the
upgrade. How do I refresh??

This is not an Entourage error. Perhaps your Epson software doesn't
recognize your new version.

Just to be clear the latest upgrade to Office is 11.3.7.

You can also drag an image to Entourage to attach, or use the Add button to
navigate to the file to add as attachment. In HTML messages drag into the
body of the message.

Thanks for the advice. Should I try to upgrde to Entourage 11.3.7?
Would that refresh the application in the Epson scanner?

It certainly won't hurt to try, but I'm guessing you need to refresh in the
Epson software.
