Cannot open a Attachment in Entorage

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Power PC
Email Client: pop

I cannot open any Attachment in Entourage.
The Error Message is:
"The Attachment could not open, you dont have the permission or the File ist alredy open"
When i copy the Files to the Desk, i can open the files.
The Files are comletly downloaded vrom the Server!
I can see pictures in the Preview Window, but dont open them with a double Klick.
I have this Problem on different Macs with differnt Users.

This sounds like you may have a permissions problem with your "tmp"
folder where attachments are temporarily stored while you open them. Go
into the /Applications/Utilities folder and double-click the Disk
Utility to open it. Run the Repair Permissions option on your Mac and
see if this resolves the problem.
