Cannot open attachments

People send emails with attachments (eg. excel
spreadsheet) but I cannot open or save them. I have the
appropriate software (eg. MS Office) and am using Outlook
Express 6. Can you help?

Tools-> Options-> tab Security-> option Do not allow attachments...

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
