Cannot open "Old Database" emails after Advanced Rebuild

I just did an advanced rebuild on Entourage, I as at 3.99 megs. All the
old email dissapeared from the files. Now I have a 3.99 Old Database
that I cannot open to retrieve and file away old emails.

So..how do I go about opening it up???
