Hello All. We cannot open photos (at least jpegs) from some Outlook
clients. One client example is Outlook 2002 SP1. When trying to open the
attached file, we recieve an error that the file format is invalid. however
when we save the attachement to disk it opens right up. I did not specifiy
the exact message because on one client Outlook tries to use Microsoft Photo
Editor and the error is "unknown file format". While the different Outlook
version client has the same problem but different error. I did try the one
MS KB I could find but to no avail. Any tips/suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.
