Cannot perform "Install files to Handheld" from Palm and Entourage

Man, Am I frustrated. Neither Palm or Microsoft will accept
responsibilty to fix this problem. After much effort to get Entourage
X and Palm (Zire 71) to sync, I find that not all is as it should be.
Entourage Conduit only allows for Address/Datebook/Notes/task to sync.
Well, I need now to install an update to a application that is
already loaded on my palm. There is no box to check, no line to
highlight, no NOTHING that will allow me to "install files to handheld
device" from the Entourage program. I have downloaded the updates
successfully from the internet site. I can view them in the window
"Install Files to Handheld Device"AND THAT IS IT!! I cannot figure a
way to create a path throught Entourage to my Palm Zire 71.

Help!

FWIW, The Entourage Conduit is not even designed to upload anything to your
Palm handheld device. It only synchronizes your schedule, contacts, notes,
and to-do lists. To upload a file (such as an update to an application
already on your Palm), you have to use the Palm Desktop software.
