Cannot Print Calendar

I have a clean install of Leopard 10.5.2 and clean install of Office
2008. I cannot print my calendars. The format templates seem to be
missing. The drop down menu that normallt has formatting options is
blank and if you click on it there is no response. This is true in
all views. Any help would be appreciated.

I might also add that every time I open Entourage, Sync (which is
turned on for all three functions) adds a new set of contacts and
totally replaces my calendar. I have tried deleting preference files
and forcing Entourage to re-sync, but I have not been able to fix
this. Jim

Known bug. Turn off Sync Services.

You can use one of the delete duplicate scripts to help clean up the mess.

To get rid of duplicates use one of the scripts to remove duplicates.

This script uses a thorough method of examining message
headers that guarantees it won't mistakenly mark two messages that
happen to have the same subject as duplicates.

This script takes a lot more time than the other scripts. I've used them all
with no problems.
