Cannot Quit Entourage

I am unable to quit Entourage.. If I quit normaly, or force quit or re-
boot.Entourage automatically relaods itself..

I am absolutely mystified...

Any ideas would be appreciated

I have the same problem when I have MS Word open also, I can't quit
entourage until I quit word. -- Ron
