Cannot receive email in HTML

WIN XP, OL2000 Internet Only. OK all, this is killing me. We have
one user who cannot receieve any HTML email. I have checked and set
all security settings to default and made sure all Outlook format
options were correct. Here is the kicker...this machine can send an
HTML mail to itself and be able read the HTML. I am lost on this one.
I have searched MS KB and google.

Any help?

Define "cannot receive". Do you mean the send/receive operation doesn't
work at all or only that the message will, in fact, be received, but not
rendered?

Hi Brian,

I can receive all emails, but the ones that are HTML formatted come
through as plain text.

And you're positive you have no add-ins? Nothing scanning incoming mail?
