Cannot Receive Email

Everytime we click on the send/receive button to receive
our emails, we get the error of:

Connection to the server failed or was dropped. Could not
retreive mail.

Error -17895

We also have Outlook Express with the same exact POP3
settings and it is able to receive mail perfectly with no
errors.
