cannot receive GROUP reply emails

I have an Outlook user (Daniel) who cannot receive emails
from a vendor when they group reply, and his email is one
of the individuals to receive the email. Any ideas where
to start on this one?

1) Daniel sends email to the vendor.
2) The vendor does a reply to Daniel and includes others
email users.
3) The email does not make it to Daniel.
