Cannot received emails from @yahoo.com

I have several friends and clients that have [email protected] accounts and I have never received the emails that they have sent me. I only know that they have emailed me because they have called me wondering why I haven't replied. Can someone please help?

Do you have web-based access to your e-mail? If so, check to see if the
messages are on the mail server.

Also, have you checked to make sure that they aren't in the Junk e-mail
folder? It's easy to inadvertently create a rule or spam filter that
automatically sends their messages to that folder.
