cannot register office 2003 online

Office 2003 has been installed successfully with product key. it then prompts
to be registerd online, I'm using a bt broad band connection the status bar
gets to about half and the freezes it then trys to send an error message but
nothing happens. the computer will then not switch off hard reset required

Sounds like your broad-band connection isn't configured/installed
correctly...
