Cannot run FP server extension on this page

Steve Nicholas

Hello,

I am having a pig of a problem, the following message is
displayed when visitors try to sign my guestbook and
feedback forms:

Cannot run FrontPage server extensions on this
page:"http://www.whitchurchandllandaff.co.uk"

I have contact my server provider and they have
reinstalled FrontPage server extensions and I uploaded my
website again, I have created a new guestbook from
scratch but still get the same message? I am stumped. Is
it a server problem or am I doing something wrong? My
guestbook and feedback form had been working great for
approx 6 months the problem started 3 weeks ago.

My website: http://www.whitchurchandllandaff.co.uk

Any help please!
Thanks
Steve in Cardiff, Wales

Make sure you publish using
http://yourdomain.com or you will break
the FP extensions.

also, "Please" resize your images to the actual
size displayed on the page.
I opened your site using a DSL connection that
clocks in at 1mb and it took 45 seconds to load.
For example, the image Map.jpg that is downloaded
downloaded for the page I opened is displayed at
171x162 but in actuality is 985x1000 with a file size of
139.7 kb.
You can resize / resample images using the free IrfanView.

Well, wouldn't it be easier for Microsoft to admit that there is a problem between 2002, and 2003 with the forms? It seems painfully obvious to all that if it worked before and suddenly doesn't with 2003, that somebody screwed up.

Explain what doesn't work
