Cannot run Outlook

I am trying to migrate from Netscape to Outlook.

I have installed Outlook from my Office97 CD, but the
programme refuses to run.

The error message is as follows...

The file OUTLLIB.DLL is linked to missing export
MAPI32.DLL:239

The file MAPI32.DLL is in my \windows\system folder.

Help please!
