Cannot see Attachments and Email's Body !!!

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: pop

I have installed Entourage 2008 and it has 12.0.1 update as well. problem is i can not see any attachment on my POP imported emails (tested with different POP emails) except for the welcome email prepared by Entourage itself. and the other problem is i can only see less than 10% of emails body and it is not possible to read other emails body (only emails headers are visible !)

have tested changing the Character setting but still doesn't work

please help :-(

First, be sure to update to the latest version of Entourage, which is
12.1.2. You are a few updates behind.

What kind of attachments are you trying to view? How are you trying to
view them? Not all attachment types will appear in the body of a message.

Do you see a yellow bar at the top of the message with a link offering
to allow you to download the full message?

SP1 (12.1.0) contained over 50 fixes for Entourage.

Thanks for replies Dears,

first the latest update i have is 12.1.0 not 12.0.1

then for attachment issue; in the view i can only see the attachment bar in entourage generated email, for other email i can not see even the attachment bar, no matter what is the file type !

for Body message issue: i can only see a few plain emails body and most of other email's body can not be viewd and i just can see the header bar of those emails in the program
