Cannot see free/busy status

I have just started using entourage and I think it is great. I have it
working with the exchange server and am having no problems with anything
except I cannot see attendee free/busy status when I create a new event.

I can open other peoples calendars when opening their public folders and but
when I add them to the invite list and then click on the scheduling tab all
attendees (even myself) show up with the "no information" status... I have
looked in every menu and cannot figure this out.

The feature only works if you are all on the Exchange Server.

Make sure that the "Public Folders server" entry under the "Advanced" tab in
your account settings (Tools > Accounts) is correct. You might want to try
adding /public to the end.

That is great! It worked right away and I can see all the public calendars
in the schedules now.
