Cannot see other Calendars

I have been reading about how Entourage 2004 works when viewing other
individuals calendars. I know that my calendar should show other individuals
items in a different color. The problem I have is that I do not even see the
other individuals item in my calendar.

I have checked the delegates settings and everything looks ok. The same
shared calendar I can see with my outlook program on a PC. When I look at my
mail I can see a server picture for the individuals calendar I want to see
but I do not see their items in my calendar. Likewise, on my PC with Outlook
I see their calendar.

Is there some setting on the Exchange server that allows MAC users to see
the items?
