Cannot send E-mail through Outlook Express 6

I can receive E-mails, but I cannot send E-mails out. The
error message that I'm getting is:
"The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'SBC
Yahoo! Mail-ifmoldovan',
Server: 'pop.ameritech.yahoo.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port:
25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number:
0x800CCC0E"

Can somebody help me? For free?
