Cannot send mail, can receive

I recently moved to a new apartment, and since I activated my new
cable-internet service I have not been able to send email using Entourage X.
I can receive email from both of my accounts with no problem. I haven't
changed any of my settings. I had a cable modem at my last residence, and I
have a new cable modem at my new residence. Any ideas on what this could be
or how to fix it?

What error message are you receiving? I assume you setup your email
accounts to use your ISP's new SMTP server?

I haven't changed any of my account settings. This is the second time I
have relocated and I have had the same computer and email accounts all
along. I have third-party email accounts that are not related to my current
ISP.

I get Error -23016 "Mail could not be sent using the account #####." "A
connection failure has occurred."

Sometimes, because of spam filters the ISP's have blocks in or some require
the authentication. Usually it is one of those reasons. Both can be easily
corrected by contacting your ISP provider.
