Hello,
I have searched through all of the Entourage posts, went to Entourage
help page (http://www.entourage.mvps.org/), and scoured the Internet
and cannot find any help on this subject.
I am using Entourage X and everything worked fine. Then, suddenly, it
would not send messages. At this point, I can only recieve and not
send messages. I get a combination of two messages:
"sorry, that domain isn’t in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)
as well as:
"Mail could not be sent"
Error -17099
I have checked the help pages and done what they suggested (making
sure that preferences>compose>automatically check names...) and I am
not trying to send big files or anything with attachments to provoke a
-17099 error. From what I have seen, it seems to be two different
error messages combined.
I did not change any of my settings and was able to send email one
second and the next not.
If you could PLEASE give me a little insight as to what I can do to
get up
and running. My business has come to a screaching halt because of
this.
(btw, I tried to send using Apple’s mail and got the "sorry..."
message.
Could this be a global Mac issue? I am on 10.3.5 on a PowerBook 1.33
G4)
Thanks so much.
Neil
