Cannot send meeting request

Processor: intel
Email Client: pop

I can send email normally but I cannot send meeting request. Anyone encountered the same or have a solution?

You'll need to explain what happens when you try to send a meeting
request. Error messages?

No error message. Just when I look at the event in the calendar it says invitation not sent
