I'm running Windows XP Pro with Outlook 2002. Previously I used
Outlook 2000 and it did (and still does still work fine on my
notebook). However, when I installed Outlook 2002, I could no longer
send or receive e-mail. When I use the "Test Account Settings"
feature, Outlook finds my mail server but cannot logon to it or send a
test e-mail. My settings are identical to those used on my notebook
(with Outlook 2000). I have uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook 2002
several times but I still have the same problem.
