Cannot send out of entourage (office 2004)

When I want to send out of entourage (office mac 2004) - I got following
error message:

Alias not in database
Error - 17099


Pls HELP !!!

Additional information:

In the explanation text stands:

Mail could not be sent.

Account name: "Heike"

And what happens if you repair the database? m.

I tried it several times - but the same error !!

I found out - that it is a problem with t-online - because I changed my pop3
setting to web.de - and now I can send e-mails again.
