Cannot send page by email (Outlook 2003 & IE) problem

Hi--my problem is if I open a webpage i.e. www.google.com using Internet
Explorer 6 (XP SP2), click on 'File', 'Send' and then 'Page by Email...',
Outlook (SP1) opens a new email with the webpage inside (okay so far), when
I type the email address to send the page to I click then on 'Send' (Outlook
makes a click sound as I have the Office Sounds installed) but nothing
happens--previously, clicking 'Send', the email would close after sending,
then send the webpage. Have I accidentally altered a setting? Also trying
to send link by email does not work.
