i just changed to DSL from dialup and now outlook 2002
does not send/recieve email. it also cannot see HTML.
it seems to have a disconnect to the internet. internet
explorer works fine. outlook express has the same
problem.
ms web site suggested that i need a hotfix.
error number 0x8004210A with this message
Task 'smtp server name - Sending and Receiving' reported
error (0x8004210A): 'The operation timed out waiting for
a response from the receiving (POP) server. If you
continue to receive this message, contact your server
administrator or Internet service provide (ISP).'
hotfix number 827149 was given as solution. cannot
download, must wait for MS.
