Cannot show Contacts folder as Address book

I am trying to show my Contacts folder as an Address book. To do this, I
right mouse click on the Contacts folder, click the Outlook Address Book tab
and then want to put a tick in the "Show this folder as an e-mail Address
Book" box. But it is greyed out.

Why is that? How can I enable this?

I am using Outlook 2003 beta.

Select Tools | E-mail Accounts | View or change existing directories or
address books | Next | Add and add the Outlook Address Book service.
