Cannot sync Calendar events to Server

can do everything fine with Entourage talking to an Exchange server except
that I can't sync the calendar events. Entourage complains that

Could not synchronize record: Meet Samuel to Exchange server: NUS
....
....
....
(the list include every event in the Calendar and it simply floods the error
log)

Help anyone?
